The medicine opens the door. Integration is how you walk through.
A journey can crack something open in a single night — a memory, a grief, a knowing. What comes next is quieter and slower: learning to carry it, trust it, and let it change how you live. That is the work of integration, and it is rarely meant to be done alone.
This is for you if:
You came back changed — and the world around you carried on as if nothing had happened.
The clarity was so bright in the journey, and now you can't quite hold onto it.
Something old surfaced — grief, memory, a wound you thought was long healed — and you don't want to bury it again.
Preparation and integration, shaped to you
Support happens on both sides of the threshold — preparing before you journey so you meet it grounded and clear, and integrating afterward so the experience becomes something you live rather than something that fades.
There is no single method. Each session is drawn bespoke from a deep toolkit — hypnosis and QHHT, Akashic Record work, channeled guidance, meditation and breathwork — chosen for what your particular path is asking for.
You can work one-to-one, in a small group circle, or through a multi-session package that holds you across the whole arc.
I never tell you what your journey meant — I help you remember what you already know.
Begin
Let's begin with a conversation — no pressure, no cost, just you and what your journey is asking for. Every path is different, so support is shaped, and priced, to what you need. The first conversation is always free.

Integration is spiritual and emotional companionship for the meaning of experiences you choose to have. It is not medical, psychological, or addiction treatment, and it never includes the provision, sourcing, or dosing of any substance. If you are in crisis or need urgent care, please reach out to a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
